Sales Development Executive
We are providing an energetic and goal-oriented Virtual Sales Development Executive to join your dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making sales calls through various channels including phone, email, chat, and LinkedIn. This role involves both in-bound and out-bound calling, aiming to generate and qualify leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, chats, and LinkedIn messages to potential clients.
Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding client needs and pain points.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
